Short Term Lets Services provides personalised support to guide Owners through licensing. Set up by the Gael Holiday Homes Agency to support their Owners through licensing we now offer as much or as little help as Owners need to get through, and maintain, licensing – from floor plans to acting as an application agent, regardless of who STL Owners & Managers choose to market their property with. At present our services are for Owners with property in Highlands. Our aim is to expand into neighbouring regions very soon.
