If your property is entered in the Valuation Roll, you are required to submit your annual declaration confirming that it was let for at least 70 nights and that it was available to let for at least 140 nights during the 2024/25 financial year. This declaration must be supported by clear evidence of your bookings. In some cases Assessors are asking for more detailed breakdowns, however the ASSC does not think this is necessary and is currently challenging this request.
