Code of Conduct 

All ASSC members agree to uphold our Code of Conduct when joining. This code sets out the values and professional standards we expect, helping ensure that Scotland’s self-catering sector remains trusted, responsible, and guest-focused.

Committed to Quality (CTQ)

 The Committed to Quality (CTQ) scheme is a quality assurance initiative developed by ASSC for self-catering operators in Scotland. It promotes excellence and professionalism with a clear focus on guest experience and responsible business practices, aligned with ASSC values. 
 
By joining the ASSC, all members agree to uphold the standards set out in the Committed to Quality scheme 

Annual General Meeting (AGM) 

The ASSC holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) to update members on our work, share financial reports, elect board members, and discuss key issues affecting the sector. Members are given will have full access to all official papers and documents.
